Recipe

CHICKEN KORMA CURRY

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets (or substitute for beef or lamb!)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup passata
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 1/2 cup buttermilk

Preparation:

1) In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in onion and garlic and cook until soft.

2) Cut each chicken breast fillet into 4 pieces and add to frying pan and cook for about 3 / 4 minutes.

3) Season with salt, 2 tablespoons of the Spice Factory Korma Curry Spice.

4) Mix Stir in the passata, buttermilk and water.

5) Continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Serve with rice.

Make a Dip out of it!

You can use natural yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise or some cream cheese (use 100mL). Add 1 teaspoon of The Spice Factory Korma Curry Spice Mix and mix thoroughly.

Use on any meat, chicken or lamb. Simply sprinkle on before cooking or after cooking. Use one (1) teaspoon per piece of meat.
