Inspired by annual trips to Mexico and a love of flavorful foods, Jake Newcomb of Newks started with homemade recipes shared with friends, family, and co-workers. After a successful Kickstarter campaign that was funded in under a day, Newks was born. Elderfire Mango is their 4th hot sauce and their fruitiest, holding various layers of tropical flavors provided by orange juice, lime, mango, ginger, and yellow bell pepper. The spice pops through from the habanero and the elderflower syrup helps sweeten it further, almost giving it a honey-like backbone.
