This small batch sauce is loaded with twenty ingredients, including red jalapeños, cayenne, and Anaheim chiles along with tomatillos, garlic, cilantro, sun dried tomatoes, lemon & lime juice, select herbs & spices, and a touch of brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, and burgundy cooking wine. A true culinary creation.
