Our popular "Free Flame Fridays" are back!  Join us for this free adult event on the first (and occasional others) Friday of every month

Ever wondered how glass beads are made? Curious to see how you can turn solid rods of colored glass into a beautiful, round little work of art?  This is your chance to see flameworking in action and learn how it all comes together!  Watch a demonstration and then you'll get a chance to melt glass and make your own bead (or two).

Please note - this is a "taster" event; rather than a full workshop. Depending on the number of participants, you will have a 15-20  minute session at the torch. This event runs for an hour, but participants will be rotating throughout the session, so that everyone has an opportunity to make a few beads.

This is a FREE event but registration is required. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.  This event is open only to NEW participants and we ask that  you do not sign up for more than one session.  If you have participated in one of our Free Flame Friday events in the past and would like to learn more, please sign up for one of our Glass Bead 101 workshops.
